Hokian Tono Health Center is seeking a talented Assistant Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and safety of our food services. We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking, has excellent leadership skills, and is committed to providing excellent service to our patients and visitors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning, organizing, and executing daily food operations.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement of food and kitchen supplies.,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting is a plus.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.
