📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and inventory control.
• Act as a liaison between the international team and local operations, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or administrative field.
• Proficient in Mandarin both written and spoken.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Experience with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards.
