📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs that align with the operational goals of the company.
• Identify training needs and create engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for the Operations Team, providing clear and practical guidance on best practices and processes.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to implement process improvements based on training feedback and insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business training and process improvement.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that training initiatives are aligned with the overall strategic objectives of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business training, instructional design, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems, such as Moodle or Cornerstone.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess training needs and make data-driven recommendations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Professional certification in instructional design, such as ATD Certified Professional or ASTD Certified Professional in Training and Development, is a plus.
