📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve company goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.,Strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and regulations.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.
