📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain and restock linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms and public areas.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals to achieve a high standard of cleanliness.
• Handle and dispose of waste and debris in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist with special cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning and maintenance.
• Report any maintenance issues to the property management team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict cleaning standards.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
