As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources needs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and providing guidance on company policies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the HR Manager in organizing and facilitating training and development programs.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in the HR field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
