Learning Center Trainer - Technical & Professional Development

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating high-impact training programs that align with our company's goals and the evolving needs of the industry.

As a Learning Center Trainer at Kobus Smart Service, you will work closely with our team to create engaging and effective training materials, conduct workshops and seminars, and provide ongoing support to ensure that our employees are equipped with the latest technical and professional skills. You will also be responsible for assessing the impact of our training programs and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs that address the specific needs of our engineers and employees.
• Deliver engaging and effective workshops and seminars to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and interactive learning modules.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of our training programs.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to our employees to ensure they are able to apply their new skills in their daily work.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our training programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on technical and professional skills.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Blackboard.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
