📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring patient vital signs.,Documenting patient medical records accurately and maintaining patient confidentiality.,Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Assisting in the preparation and administration of medical treatments and procedures.,Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of departmental policies and procedures.,Ensuring a safe and clean working environment by following infection control protocols and standard precautions.,Assisting with the management of patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Active professional license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
