📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste and maximize efficiency,Monitor and improve food and beverage quality,Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant,Strong leadership and communication skills,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Understanding of health and safety regulations,Ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision
