📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage quality control.,Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety regulations and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide excellent service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and meets customer expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Knowledge of marketing and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
