Oversee the customer experience across all Go-Ahead Singapore hotels and resorts in Bali,Develop and implement customer experience strategies to enhance guest satisfaction,Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement,Lead and mentor the customer experience team to ensure high standards of service,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience,Report on customer experience metrics and KPIs to senior management,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience management or a related role,Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in the hospitality industry,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with customer experience management software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
