📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the health center, including patient care, staff management, and facility maintenance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of patient care and the efficiency of the health center's operations.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure the health center's financial health and profitability.,Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure the health center meets or exceeds industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or a related field.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and community leaders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
