📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate department.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor information.,Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.,Handle and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.,Provide information about the company and its services to visitors.,Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Reception Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with office software and technology.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and friendly demeanor.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
