The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquets, ensuring a memorable experience for our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet facilities and equipment.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival and during the banquet.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.,Work closely with the banquet manager to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area.,Assist in the cleanup and breakdown of banquet facilities after the event.,Handle any last-minute requests or changes to the banquet schedule.,Promote the restaurant and its services to guests during the banquet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Fluent in Indonesian and English, with basic knowledge of other languages an advantage.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with basic banquet equipment and facilities.,Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.,Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
