• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and logistics team, ensuring efficient and effective distribution of coating products.
• Manage inventory levels using SAP and WMS, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and smooth order fulfillment.
• Implement and monitor logistics strategies to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in the warehouse.
• Lead and mentor the warehouse and logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to align distribution activities with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management and logistics distribution.
• Proven experience in managing inventory using SAP or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Logistics Management or a related field is a plus.
