• Coordinate and manage cargo logistics, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
• Use industry-standard tools such as SAP, JDA, or similar systems to manage and track cargo movements.
• Maintain and update cargo schedules, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouses, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and analyze cargo performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cargo coordination or a similar role in the logistics industry.
• Proven experience using logistics management systems such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
