📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional and modern Chinese dishes using high-quality ingredients.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to plan and execute daily menus.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Train and mentor junior chefs to maintain high standards of food preparation.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques to enhance the dining experience.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring dishes are served promptly and to the highest standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chinese Cuisine Chef or similar role.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe) is a plus.
• Familiarity with kitchen management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
