As a Deputy Store Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and supporting the Store Admin in managing inventory, sales, and customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Admin in managing inventory, including stock levels, reordering, and tracking.,Support the sales team by processing customer orders, managing returns, and handling cash transactions.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product information, pricing, and other inquiries.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, including shelving, displays, and restocking.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Participate in store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience for customers.,Assist in preparing and maintaining reports on sales, inventory, and customer service for the Store Admin.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the store remains competitive and customer-focused.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software or tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
