📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through targeted prospecting and relationship building.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to promote products and services.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Report on sales activities and performance to management on a regular basis.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
