📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
Implement and manage IT security protocols to protect our systems and data from threats.
Monitor and optimize IT performance to ensure cost-efficiency and operational excellence.
Drive innovation in IT operations by adopting new technologies and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Provide strategic advice to senior management on IT-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in IT operations, with a strong background in managing IT infrastructure and teams.
Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or similar frameworks are a plus.
Proven experience in managing IT security and compliance.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
