Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives and improve decision-making processes.,Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data by implementing robust data quality controls and monitoring processes.,Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business growth and innovation.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data analysis projects.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.,Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization tools and techniques.,Optimize data processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in leading data analysis teams.,Proven experience in developing and implementing data analysis strategies and processes.,Strong knowledge of data management tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of data analysts.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex data sets.,Experience in working with large and complex data sets, and a deep understanding of data privacy and security regulations.,Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
