Duta Zahra Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Bantul. As the Lead Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming experience. This role is crucial in maintaining the cafe's reputation for excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional manner.,Manage and coordinate the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and transactions.,Supervise and train junior front desk staff to ensure high standards of service.,Monitor and report on front desk performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.,Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, preferably in the hospitality or café industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements related to customer service and data privacy.,Leadership and team management skills.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
