Lingkungan Budi Bakso is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Operational Manager to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our products and services, as well as driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including production, quality control, and inventory management.,Ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently, and that all staff are trained and motivated.,Maintain the quality of our products and services, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.,Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives.,Monitor and analyze operational performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the bakery is a safe and welcoming environment for all staff and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes, including production, quality control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze operational performance.,Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
