Hokian Nanda Fashion is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and a proven track record in tax consulting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice to clients and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.,Conduct tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks and opportunities.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings.,Prepare and file tax returns for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to staff as needed.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of tax services into overall business strategies.,Monitor and report on tax performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a multinational or large corporation.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Professional certification in taxation, such as CPA, CMA, or CTX.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
