📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including stock control and inventory management.,Assist in customer service, ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is required.,English language skills are a plus.,Willingness to work in a remote environment and follow company policies.
