Bahagia Elsa Coffee is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Ubud, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and a strong background in restaurant management. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the team on-site.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and motivate the staff to deliver exceptional customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to optimize costs and ensure quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.,Passion for creating a positive and enjoyable dining experience for customers.
