📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment approval, and vendor reconciliation.,Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.,Monitor accounts payable aging and work with finance team to resolve any discrepancies.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including accounts payable aging reports and payment reconciliation.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights to support business decisions.,Stay up-to-date with accounting best practices and industry trends, and implement improvements to the accounts payable process.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with a strong background in financial accounting.,Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
