Develop and implement strategies to attract and enroll students from China,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including universities, schools, and educational institutions,Coordinate with marketing, sales, and admissions teams to ensure seamless student recruitment processes,Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats,Create and manage budgets for admissions and outreach initiatives,Conduct market research to identify potential markets and opportunities for growth,Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the admissions and outreach team,Collaborate with international partners and organizations to expand the reach and impact of our admissions and outreach efforts🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in higher education, business, or a similar discipline,Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions and outreach, with a focus on the China Market,Proven track record of success in student recruitment and enrollment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and project management skills,Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required,Knowledge of the higher education landscape in China and the Asia-Pacific region is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment🛠️ Keahlian
