PT Bintang Yudha is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of production staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications.,Manage and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure that all products meet the required standards.,Identify and address any production issues or bottlenecks, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.,Work closely with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure that all production needs are met.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production data and performance metrics.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations to enhance overall production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervision or management role.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.,Proven track record of success in managing and mentoring production teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address production issues.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, quality control software, and data analysis tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
