📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational needs,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent,Strong understanding of recruitment tools and technologies,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Experience in managing and mentoring junior talent acquisition professionals
