📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and make offers.,Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment and training activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and training in a corporate or HR setting.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
