Accountant (Hybrid Setup)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to manage our financial operations across multiple locations in Bali. This role offers the flexibility of remote work from anywhere in Indonesia, combined with the opportunity to work in a vibrant and diverse office setting in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.

As an Accountant at Beehive BPO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of our operations. You will be responsible for managing our accounting systems, preparing financial reports, and providing financial analysis to support our business decisions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about financial management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process payroll for employees across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
• Monitor bank accounts and reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Participate in audits and internal reviews to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a BPO or similar environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and collaboration platforms.
