📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver HVAC training programs that meet the needs of our engineers and technicians.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, workbooks, and online courses.
• Conduct training sessions using real-world equipment and scenarios.
• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to update training programs based on new technologies and industry standards.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the effectiveness of our training programs.
• Promote a culture of safety and best practices in the training environment.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HVAC training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC engineering or a related field.
• Certification as an HVAC trainer or instructor, preferably from a recognized organization such as the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within Indonesia.
