📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement employee engagement programs using tools like Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and management to develop and execute initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee morale.
• Organize team-building activities and social events to foster a strong sense of community among employees.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in employee engagement and best practices in workplace culture.
• Provide training and support to managers on best practices for employee engagement.
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure that engagement initiatives align with the company's overall goals and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee engagement or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing engagement programs.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with the hospitality or food industry is a plus.
