📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate boom trucks and cranes to load, transport, and unload heavy materials and equipment on construction sites.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure the safe operation of heavy equipment.
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to coordinate material delivery and site logistics.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on boom trucks and cranes to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor fuel consumption and equipment performance to optimize operational efficiency.
• Adhere to project timelines and deliverables to support the overall construction schedule.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow on the construction site.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel for resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Boom Truck Operator or similar role in heavy equipment operations.
• Valid driver's license for heavy vehicles.
• Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation (e.g., Caterpillar, Komatsu, or similar).
• Familiarity with construction safety protocols and regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Proficiency in using boom trucks, cranes, and other heavy equipment.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote locations as required by the project.
