📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
- Plan and execute promotions and special events
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports using SAP and Excel
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights to the team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in the training of new staff members
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with any additional duties as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or merchandising role
- Familiarity with retail software such as SAP and Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with a background in business or retail
